The final Planning Hearings on the Oxford Core Strategy be held in front of Stephen Pratt, the Planning Inspector, from Tuesday 14th September 2010 at 10am until Friday 17th in the Assembly Room, Oxford Town Hall. Some days will begin at 2pm so check here for updates - we'll do our best to keep you informed.
The hearings are expected to last for four days. We would greatly appreciate your support if you are able to attend. The more we can demonstrate the depth of public opposition the better & your presence will help to do so. Much of the discussion will be legal and technical so bring something to distract or entertain yourself!
Engage Oxford will be presenting our opposition to the Northern Gateway alongside the Wolvercote Commoners and many others who oppose the project. Our City Council, the developers and landowners are pushing hard for approval. They have not withdrawn or delayed their plans in any way, whatever you may have heard elsewhere.
