The Planning Department of Oxford City Council have produced a further set of documents as proposed changes to Oxford's Core Strategy. The Core Strategy is the grand plan for Oxford's significant growth and expansion between now and 2026. The proposed 'Northern Gateway' is one of the planned projects within the Core Strategy.
