We urgently need to raise money to fund a legal opinion on the legality of the planning process.

It will cost approximately £1,500 - 2,000 and will allow us to see whether we can challenge the Northern Gateway at Judicial Review or even to appeal to the Secretary of State to refuse permission for the development.
